Illuma Studio is a subsidiary of Illuma Studios, LLC and is engaged in the custom design of decorative art for the home, office, hospitality, and other commercial spaces.  Illuma Studio uses new technologies and materials to produce its products in collaboration with others to fulfill its clients' needs.

 

The merchandise is available “on-line” and "off". We live, work and play in the United States of North America, but will happily travel to install our work wherever we're needed.

To establish a base for future conversations the following are our policies that refer to all manner of transaction-related issues and use of our website(s). You will be prompted to read and agree to these policies as part of the registration process or as required at check-out. If we didn’t think it was important to clearly state these things in advance we certainly wouldn’t waste your time with it, we hope you agree.

Sometimes legalize can sound harsh and unfriendly; we don’t intend it to, it’s just the nature of the language and it’s designed to not leave room for interpretation; just the facts. Nobody likes unpleasant surprises, hopefully, we will be able to circumvent any by fully explaining what you can expect from us as a company, while also learning what we are anticipating from you during the design, ordering, production and installation processes.

How to Order:

​

For Digitally Printed Glass: There are bundled products featured in the Shop(s) and also there is the ability to customize and spec out printed glass using the Illuma Designer.  Both solutions are encrypted and hosted on eCommerce secure servers. We do not store any Credit Card information.

 

Once orders are received they are put on hold for a 48 hour grace period during which time the Illuma art department will review your uploaded/submitted art files to ensure print quality.  If there is a problem with the files, they will work with you to resolve it quickly. If you don't hear from us during this grace period, then it's safe to assume that all is well with submitted files. Once these files are released to the printer manufacturer, the window for changes and cancellations is closed. For more on this please review our Cancellation, Return & Re-Printing policy.

Illuma does not allow Returns, only Reprints of original approved and converted artwork.

All prices are based on the square footage of glass. There are no minimum requirements imposed as to the quantity, however, the minimum size is 8" x 12".

​

The Designer is an exciting new tool that has been developed by us specifically for you to make the ordering process for digitally printed glass easy and convenient. Many cool features are planned for the Designer and we welcome all feedback and ideas to keep it evolving.  Check out the FAQ section on the Designer for more information.

It starts with the most basic offering of what we feel is “standard”, that said, just because it’s not in the Designer doesn’t mean you can’t get it. There’s very little that you cannot do with this product, so please use the Custom Quote form link below or in the footer and simply ask, we’ll get back to you right away.

For Handpainted, Faux & Embellished Glass:  This work requires a full understanding of the project aesthetics and probably a meeting or two.  It all depends on what is needed.  Please use this Custom Project Brief form to start the conversation.

Product Information

The particular technical specifications and settings of your computer and its display could affect the accuracy of its display of the colors of products created on these Sites. That said, all of our representations have been done on a state-of-the-art color monitor that we calibrate for color accuracy specifically for the Internet after every 200 hours of work. Still, there are elements to this that are out of our control, as mentioned before, individual monitor/device settings for one thing. For large projects or large prints, it is possible to get a sample printed at “no charge” prior to the production of ordered items, you may request samples here. Samples are also available as “chargeable” items depending on your needs, please visit the Shop to learn more.
